This policy is in effect as of May the 10th, 2007.

PRIVACY POLICY – PLAYMMO

This document determines the PlayMMO site privacy policy, owned by Alchemic Dream, Inc. (“AD”).

WHEREAS Alchemic Dream Inc. (“AD”) desires to provide a specific Privacy Policy for its users and authors (“users”),

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and the mutual covenants contained herein between Alchemic Dream (“AD”) and the playmmo users, AD commits to a privacy policy as follows with its users and authors (“users”);

AGREEMENT :

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. Alchemic Dream, Inc. (“AD”), the creator and sole owner of PlayMMO, recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by users of this website, our site participants and writers, as well as those of the participants of our forums ; 1.2. This policy is determined with respect for our users’ right to privacy and to guide our relationship with our users ; 1.3. This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices of the PlayMMO website and forums only ; 1.3. 1. Limitation : Our clients’ privacy policies and practices may differ, not limiting the legal validity of the foregoing.

2.INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

In this section of our privacy policy, we will describe the type of information we collect and how we use it to provide better services to our customers.

2.1. AD reserves the right to collect information from our website users, subscribers and customers ;

2.2. Registration In order to begin using our interactive features such as forums, PlayMMO Bank and our joint contests with our clients, users are deemed to register first in the following manner ; 2.2.1 Registration is free of charge ; 2.2.2. During registration, users are required to give contact information (real name, valid e-mail address, accurate date of birth) ; 2.2.3. AD reserves the right to collect demographic information. Additionnally, for internal purposes, AD uses this information to communicate with users and provide requested services; 2.2.4. for our website visitors, to provide a more personalized experience on our sites. We use aggregate demographic information about our audience to improve our service, for marketing purposes and/or industry reporting purposes, with the following restriction : The user must be at least 13 years of age in order to use our interactive services. 2.2.5. AD commits to never ask for credit or bank card information for any reason, nor will the company ever ask for users’ password. 2.2.6. Users commit to never sharing these with a third party member;

2.3. Contests Intermittently, AD invitetes users to provide information via contests as follows ; 2.3.1/ Participation in these contests is voluntary ; 2.3.2 ; Users exerce their free will in committing to disclosing requested contact information (such as a real name and accurate mailing address) and demographic information (such as postal code); 2.3.3. In addition to other uses set forth in this policy, contact information collected in connection with contests is used to notify the winners and award prizes, to monitor or improve the use and satisfaction of the site, and may be shared with sponsors of such contests.

2.4. Interactive Forums 2.4.1. AD offers interactive and community features such as discussion boards in the following manner ; 2.4.2. all personal information sent or posted via such features becomes public information for which AD reserves all rights of use ; 2.4.3. Therefore, accordingly to the exercise of free will, users commit to not hold AD responsible for information shared with the community.

2.5. The PlayMMO Bank The PlayMMO terms read as follows ; 2.5.1 AD offers users an interactive rewards system, where users may be awarded virtual coins called AD Coins ; 2.5.2. These coins will be accumulated in the users PlayMMO Bank account found here [LINK]. 2.5.3. AD, its affiliates and employees are not responsible for failure of service resulting in a loss or miscalculation in accumulated coins, the responsibility relying solely on the user for loss, damage or otherwise ; 2.5.4. Coins may be exchanged for prizes as listed in the bank interface ; 2.5.5. Users will be required to provide a valid postal address for physical rewards claims. All other account information must be kept current in order to be eligible ; 2.5.6. Some prize give aways may be restricted by other laws. Give-away eligibility requirements regulate these terms.

2.6. Communications with AD. AD provides features where users can submit information to us (such as our feedback and submission forms) in the following terms and definitions ; 2.6.1. Letters to the editor and similar submissions may be made public ; 2.6.2. Requests for service, support or information may be forwarded as needed to best respond to a specific request in a reasonable manner ; 2.6.3. AD reserves the right to retain e-mails and other information sent to us for our internal administrative purposes, in the sole purpose to provide a best-pratice service.

2.7. Communications from Us, Service Updates, Special Offers AD may send updates that contain important information about our sites and services as follows ; 2.7.1 AD may send new members a welcoming message and verification emails during the registration process or support once an account has been created ; 2.7.2. AD reserves the right to communicate with users to provide requested services and for account-related issues via e-mail, forums, phone or regular mail ; 2.7.3 AD offers users the option to receive information about our company, related products, services and special deals ; 2.7.4 Users can choose not to receive these communications, as set forth in our Permission section below.

2.8. Cookies 2.8.1. AD uses "cookies," a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user in the following manner ; 2.8.2. On PlayMMO, this cookie contains information about the user’s login details on the PlayMMO forums ; 2.8.3 Cookies benefit the user by requiring login only once, thereby saving time while on our site; 2.8.4. Limitation : Additionally, if users reject the cookies, they may be limited in the use of some areas of our site. For example, the user may not be able to participate in the forums. ; 2.8.5. For our internal purposes, AD gathers date, time, browser type, navigation history and IP address of all visitors to our site ; 2.8.6 This information does not contain anything that can identify users personally ; 2.8.6 This information is determined for use of our internal security audit log, trend analysis and system administration, and to gather broad demographic information about our user base for aggregate use for which AD reserves all rights. Additionally, AD may combine demographic information supplied by a subscriber at registration with site usage data to provide general profiles, in aggregate non-personally identifiable form, about our users and their preferences in the content of the site and advertising. AD reserves all rights to share this composite information with its advertisers and business affiliates to help them better understand our services.

3.INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

In disclosing information AD maintains all rights when required to do so by law, as follows ; 3.1 In response to a court order or a subpoena or other legal obligation, in response to a law enforcement agency’s request, 3.2. In special cases when AD has a reasonble doubt to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property. 3.3. Additionally, AD may share aggregate information, which is not personally identifiable, with others. This information may include usage and demographic data, but it will not include personal information with the following limitation : AD will not share users’ personal information with anyone outside our company without your permission with the exception of contests, as determined in the section “Competitions”.

4.CORRECTIONS, UPDATES, DELETING AND SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION

4.1. All account activity is run through our forum accounts. If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as email address or postal code), or if a user no longer desires our service(s), AD commits to providing alternative ways to correct or update users’ personal data in a timely manner. 4.2. For all AD’s interactive services, users may edit your master account via our forums. (Users may edit information and permissions here: [LINK]) 4.3. For our guild links and rosters users commit to contact ing the site editor at [FORUM LINK] while committing to providing to include a link to the material in question. 4.4. A user may opt to have an account removed ; to do users are required to contact the site editor via the forums [LINK]. The account will be deleted upon request, where reasonably possible. In the case the account cannot be deleted for any reason whatsoever, it will instead be made inactive and all posting rights and privileges removed. When an account is removed or set inactive, AD may retain user information for an extended period, within the limitation that these details will not be shared with any of AD’s affiliates. Limitation : Once an account has been deleted, AD will be unable to restore the account. The users commit to agreeing that the decision is final whilst and prior to requesting such actions. 4.5. AD commits to users in implementing requests within a reasonable timeframe. For an indeterminate period, users may continue to receive mailings, etc., transmitted based on information released prior to the implementation of the request.

5.PERMISSION

Users are given the opportunity to choose whether to receive information from AD’s affiliates and us not directly related to the registered services. Users may set or edit your settings via the forums software found here: [LINK]

6.SECURITY

AD commits to using reasonable precautions to protect our users’ personal information and to store it securely in the following manner ; 6.1. Access to all of users’ information is restricted ; 6.2. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, the site editor) are granted access to personally identifiable information 6.3. AD commits to keeping personally indenfifiable information in a secure environment, on secure servers.

7 . LINKS

AD’s websites contain links to other sites. AD is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such any other such sites. Users commit to awareness, whilst leaving our site, to read the privacy statements of each web site to which we may link, that the may collect personally identifiable information.

8.NOTIFICATION and CHANGES

If AD changes the present privacy policy, the company commits to posting those changes and updates to the present on this page. Users commit to being aware of the nature of information collected, how AD uses it, and under which circumstances, if any, AD disclose its. Users commit to readingf this policy frequently to keep abreast of any changes.
