“Ben X,” the portrayal by Belgian director Nic Balthazar of Ben (played by Greg Timmermans ), a boy suffering from Asperger syndrome (a form of Autism) delves into the troubled life of the boy who is bullied at school. The film which was shown at the 31st Montreal World Film Festival took top honors and experienced a long round of applause at its conclusion.

The film which used game footage from ArchLord also contains many themes of the game. Balthazar’s directorial debut earned the audience award and shared the juried Grand Prix of Americas prize as the top festival film with French director Claude Miller’s "A Secret.”

"Ben X," also took the festival’s Ecumenical Prize for combining artistic merit with the exploration of ethical, social and spiritual values, according to jury members.
